everis collaborates in the HEARTEN Project to improve the Heart Failure patients management

everis collaborates in the HEARTEN Project which deals with the design, development and validation an ICT co-operative environment that will enable the Heart Failure (HF) patients to achieve sustainable behaviour change regarding their adherence and compliance, and the ecosystem actors to be engaged and improve the patients’ HF management.

This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under Grant Agreement No 643694.

As part of the actions within the project, Everis has recently promoted an article for the Pan European Networks Health issue regarding the project’s objectives, scope and expected results.

The Pan European Networks Health issue brings together a variety of voices in the healthcare area to highlight the latest trends and most cutting-edge developments in European health and healthcare research and policy.
