Eduardo Serra is the president of everis. Born in Madrid in 1946. Law degree from  Complutense Universityand and in 1974, joined the Cuerpo de Abogados del Estado (Spanish state bar). He was Secretary of State for Defence (1984-1987) and Minister for Defence (1996-2000). In the private sector, he has held positions of high-level responsibility, including roles as the President of Telettra Spain, Peugeot-Talbot Spain and UBS, and Founder and President of Airtel.

Currently he is the Chairman of the Eduardo Serra consulting firm, President of the Fundación Transforma España and President of the Fundación España Constitucional, among others.

 

Koji Ito holds a degree in Law from the University of Tokyo and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Yale University. Prior to being named Senior Vice President of NTT DATA Corporation in June 2015, Koji Ito held various global leadership roles across the NTT Group, which he joined in 1986. Koji was Vice President of Corporate Strategic Planning and General Manager of Investor Relations at NTT, Deputy Managing Director of NTT Europe Ltd. and Director of the Finance and Treasury department at NTT Communications Corporation.

Fritz Hoderlein has a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from UPC and a degree in Economics from the University of Hagen (Germany). After six years of experience in the Volkswagen Group, in R&D departments, he joined everis in 1999. Here, he has held various management positions such as Director of everis Barcelona, Managing Director of everis Spain and CEO of everis Europe, before being appointed Global CEO of everis. Hoderlein is also co-founder of the Teaming solidarity platform and a patron of the everis Foundation.

Ken holds a degree in Law from Kejo University. Since joining NTT in 1987, he has specialised in planning and developing solutions for the finance sector. Ken has held various leadership roles, including Global Strategy Director, Strategic Business Development Director in the finance sector, CEO of Financial Solutions and Director of Business Support in the global business sector.

Since April 2018, Benito Vázquez has held the position of Vice Head of NTT DATA for the EMEAL region (Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America) and CEO of NTT DATA EMEA. He also serves on the everis Board of Directors and itelligence Supervisory Board.

CEO of everis from 2004 to 2018, Vázquez began his professional career in the telecommunications sector at Telefónica and SITRE, before joining Andersen Consulting as Manager of the Technology Group in 1992, where he acted as the Technology Group Manager. In 1996, Benito was among the members who founded DMR Consulting in Spain (renamed as everis in 2006), where he was responsible for the Finance and Telecommunications sectors before being appointed CEO in 2004. He led the merger between everis and the NTT DATA Group in 2014. Benito holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and serves on the Advisory Board of the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros de Telecomunicación at UPM and ICAI (Universidad Pontificia de Comillas).

Manabu has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University (USA) with majors in Marketing, Strategy and Technology and an ME in Telecommunication Engineering from Waseda University (Japan). He was appointed to the everis Board in January 2014. At everis, he also serves as a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination and Compensation Committee. In 2015, he was appointed Vice President of Global Business at NTT DATA.

Kei Anzai has a degree in Economics from the University of Tokyo. He has been the Executive Director of everis and Senior Manager at NTT DATA since 2017. He was previously Director of everis Americas. Since he joined the NTT Group, he has held various roles within the Finance and Accounting departments, both in NTT and NTT Urban Development, and in the investment relations department at NTT. Anzai has been working on NTT DATA global business development since 2012, participating in the merger between everis and NTT DATA.

Murota holds a degree in Law from Chuo University. Since he joined NTT DATA Corporation in 1988, he has been appointed to various leadership roles in several countries, including Manager at NTT DATA UK and Application Development and Testing Project Manager at Commercedotcom in Malaysia. He serves as an Executive Member on the Cinquent Board of Directors in Germany. Currently, he is responsible for global business development at NTT DATA.

Pedro Luis Uriarte was born in Bilbao. He graduated with a degree in Economic Sciences (Company Management and Administration) from the Duesto Business School and holds a degree in Law from the University of Deusto. He has 50 years of professional experience in the industrial (9 years), financial (23 years), consulting (11 years) and R+D+i (2 years) sectors. He also has 4 years’ experience in Public Administration as Minister of Economy and Finance in the first Basque Government, from 1980 to 1984. Alongside this, he was a professor at Deusto Business School, lecturing on subjects related to company transformation and has led numerous activities related to competitiveness and innovation.

Cristina Garmendia has a PhD in Biology from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the IESE Business School at the University of Navarra. She is the founder of Gentrix, a company in biotechnology sector and her work and entrepreneurial vision have been recognised on many occasions with research and business innovation awards. She was Minister for Science and Innovation in Spain from 2008 to 2011. She is currently an Independent Director for everis and President of the Cotec Foundation for Innovation.

Pilar Zulueta has a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the Autonomous University of Madrid and an MBA from the IE. She is an Independent Director for everis and the MásMóvil Group alongside her role as a member of the IE University Advisory Board. Her professional career began in the company VP-Schikedanz. Later, she worked for WBI Spain, RJ Reynolds Tobacco and Warner Bros for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Antonio Gómez Jarillo is Secretary of the everis Executive Board and its Committees and Director of the everis Group Legal/Tax department. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s in Legal Consultancy from the Instituto de Empresa. He has experience in advising on transactions and corporate operations as well as regarding compliance. Prior to everis, he worked for Accenture, and Coopers & Lybrand, where he formed part of the Tax & Legal unit.

Alejandro Ferreiro Yazigi has a law degree from the University of Chile and a Master of Arts from the University of Notre Dame. He is currently an Independent Director for everis. He has extensive experience in the public sector, where he was the Minister for Economics in Chile. Ferreiro Yazigi has been a professor at various Chilean universities and acts as an advisor in many companies. He is also a senior investigator at CIEPLAN.
