Fernando Francés, president of everis, was primarily responsible for the foundation of the company in Spain in 1996. Graduated in Mathematics at Complutense University, he has spent his career entirely in the world of consulting. Francés has specialized in the areas of technology and telecommunications throughout his career as consultant at leading companies in the sector, before the birth of everis.

Eduardo Serra, vice president of everis, was born in Madrid in 1946. Law degree from  Complutense University. In 1974 he became the number one in the General Body of Lawyers . He was Secretary of State for Defence (1984-1987) and Defense Minister (1996-2000). In the field of private sector he has held positions of high responsibility as President of Telettra Spain, Peugeot-Talbot Spain and UBS, and founder and president of Airtel.

Currently he is Chairman of Consultant Eduardo Serra y Asociados and member of the direction board of large multinationals such as ONO and Deutsche Bank. Throughout his career he has always worked with charities and educational.

Benito Vazquez is currently the CEO of everis since 2004, is Telecommunications Engineer by the UPM ETSIT. He began his career working in Telefonica R & D and later SITRE. In 1992 he joined Andersen Consulting, where he was manager of the Technology area, leading projects in banking, insurance, public sector,.. etc. In 1996 he was one of the founders of DMR Consulting (later everis). He led the integration operation between everis and NTT DATA.

Koji Ito its senior Vice President of NTT DATA Corporation. Before being named in June 2015. Koji held leadership roles in Global Businesses across NTT Group.
Joining NTT in 1986, most recently Koji was Vice President of NNT´s corporate strategy planning (2012). Koji was General Manager of Investor Relations (2007). Deputy managing Director of NTT Europe Ltd. (2004) Director of Finance and Treasury Division, NTT Communications Coporation (2002), etc.
Originally From Chiba, Japan, Koji lives in Tokyo. He earned a bechelor´s degree in law from University of Tokyo (1986), a master’s degree in business administration from Yale University (1992).

Manabu Tanaka was appointed to the Board of everis in January 2014. At everis he also serves as a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination and Compensation Committee. Based in Tokyo and frequently traveling to Spain and Latin American offices, he plays a key role in accelerating the integration process, assisting everis’ management team. In 2010, he was appointed Senior Manager of the Group Strategy Headquarters at NTT DATA Corporation (Tokyo, Japan) after having developed his professional carrier in a number of different areas including banking ( software development), card payment (electronic/mobile commerce), business innovation (in-house venture funds), strategic alliance and business development (including the transaction with everis) since he joined the company in 1993.

Osamu Fukumoto, member of the everis board of directors and its committees ( Audit Committee, and Nomination and Compensation Committee). He joined everis in January 2014, and his responsibility is to create synergies between everis and NTT DATA group, as well as NTT group, in order to enhace the value of “one NTT DATA” including everis through working as a part of everismanagement team. He holds a degree in commerce form Waseda University (Tokyo, Japan). He started his profeesional career as a systems engineer in NTT DATA Corporation in 1988.

Kei Anzi is member of the everis board of directors since 2015 and Director of everis Americas since 2014. He holds a degree in Economic at Tokio’s University, Faculty of Economics. Kei joined the NNT grupo in 1997, since then he has held different roles within the company.

Alejandro Ferreiro Yazigi has a law degree from the University of Chile and a Master of Arts from the University of Notre Dame. He has wide experience in the academic world, and also in the public and private sector. He was Minister of Economics in Chile during the first presidency of Michelle Bachelet. He has held other important positions in the Chilean public sector, such as: Superintendent of Energy, President of the Risk Classification Commission, etc. He was also Director for Transparency, and then President.

He has been professor in several Chilean universities in the fields of economic regulation, systems of provisions, corporate governance and public ethics. He has participated in several presidential advisory commissions in areas of provisions, health, public ethics, financial supervision and decentralization.

He is currently a member of the Board of Directors in several companies and in the centre of stuedies Espacio Publico. He is senior researcher at Cieplan.

Pedro Luis Uriarte has a degree in Economic Sciences and Law from the University of Deusto. He has extensive professional experience of nearly 50 years in the industrial and financial sectors, where he became vice-president and chief executive officer of the Administration Board of BBV and BBVA. Pedro has more than 10 years of experience in the field of consulting; he has worked in RD&I and in Public Administration, where he was Minister of Economy and Finance in the first Basque Government, from 1980 to 1984.

Additionally, he was a professor at the Deusto Business School for 7 years. Since 2002, he has held the position of CEO at Economía, Empresa, Estrategia, a strategic consulting company he created. He balances this position with that of Consultant and Advisor for various businesses and cooperates with different social and academic activities (he is a member of the Governing Council of the University of Deusto and of the Executive Board of the Deusto Business School).

Cristina Garmendia, everis independent director. She holds a PhD in Biology from the Universidad Autonoma of Madrid and founder of Gentrix, company biotechnology sector. She was Minister of Science and Innovation in Spain from 2008 to 2011.

Pilar Zulueta, everis independent director. Degree in Biochemical Sciences from UAM and specialist in molecular biology. Her professional career began in the company VP-Schikedanz. Later work for WBI Spain and RJ Reynolds Tobacco.

Antonio Gómez Jarillo, Bachelor of Law and Master in Legal Consultancy from the Instituto de Empresa. He joined everis in 2007, currently holds the position of Secretary of the Board of Directors of everis and its committees, he is director of the Department Lega / Fiscal everisGroup. Prior to everis, he was at Accenture, originally at Andersen Consulting from 1998.

Previously, he was part of the Tax & Legal unit of Coopers & Lybrand. He has experience in advising on transactions and corporate transactions as well as regarding Compliance.
